TRADITIONAL RETURNS PROCESS
All purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. These items must be unworn and unwashed and returned in original packaging. Refunds for store credit are free and include free shipping on your next order (Ireland and EU countries only). **In Ireland only one pre-paid return label is provided per customer.
SALE ITEM RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS
We are not able to offer returns on our sale items. All sale items are final sales.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS PROCESS
For International returns we charge a return shipping fee for the prepaid shipping label, please email info@theoandgeorge.com to obtain the shipping label (see chart below). This fee is waved if you use your own shipping provider.

TO INITIATE A RETURN (Ireland only):
Simply navigate to MyDHL with your waybill number ready. From
there you will be able to arrange a collection time and place that works for you. click ‘schedule a pickup’ then click ‘NO’ enter the WayBill Number that is under the top barcode on the return label and schedule a pick-up from DHL. Or you can ring DHL on 01 870 1555 to schedule the pick-up.
**If you wish to use your own courier this will be at your own cost. Please note we do not reimburse the postage cost on returns. Please send back to Theo + George, 15 Sandymount Road, Sandymount, Dublin 4, D04 X9K4.
If you want to exchange an item please email us at info@theoandgeorge.com. We can then make sure that the item you would like is taken out of stock and available to send to you upon the receipt of your return.
EXCHANGES:
If you want to exchange an item please notify us within 14 days of the purchase. Please email us at info@theoandgeorge.com and let us know what items you would like to exchange. We can then make sure to take these items out of stock so they are available to send to you upon receipt of your return.
