TRADITIONAL RETURNS PROCESS
All purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. These items must be unworn and unwashed and returned in original packaging. Refunds for store credit are free and include free shipping on your next order (Ireland, Great Britain, and EU countries only). For international returns we charge a return shipping fee if the pre-paid return label that is provided is used (see chart below). This fee is waved if you use your own shipping provider .

TO INITIATE A RETURN
Simply navigate to MyDHL with your order confirmation number ready. From
there you will be able to arrange a collection time and place that works for you. If you want to exchange an item please email us at info@theoandgeorge.com. We can then make sure that the item you would like is taken out of stock and available to send to you upon the receipt of your return.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY RETURNS PROCESS (Ireland only):
All clothes must be unworn and unwashed and returned in the original packaging. We have included a return shipping label that must be used within 6 days of the purchase. If for whatever reason you are not able to return the items within the 6 day window, we will assume that you loved all the items and we will go ahead and process the payment.  You will still be able to return the items within our standard 14 day return period and receive a full refund. 

At this point, if you wish to make a return, simply navigate to My DHL with the waybill number that is found under the top barcode on the return shipping label in your green envelope. From there you will be able to print a return label and arrange a collection time and place that works for you.

EXCHANGES: 
If you want to exchange an item please notify us within 14 days of the purchase. Please email us at info@theoandgeorge.com and let us know what items you would like to exchange.  We can then make sure to take these items out of stock so they are available to send to you upon receipt of your return.

At this point, to return the items to be exchanged, simply navigate to My DHL with the waybill number that is found under the top barcode on the return shipping label in your green envelope. From there you will be able arrange a collection time and place that works for you.
